Surveillance

With hardwiring installation, enjoy parking protection against potential mishaps and hit-and-runs by capturing footage when an impact or motion is detected. Tailor the Q1000’s Parking Surveillance mode by choosing from impact/motion detection, time lapse, or energy saving parking modes.

Park mode

Smart parking mode prevents heat-related damage by automatically switching to a low-power mode if the temperature inside the vehicle gets too high. The dash cam records incidents only until its operating temperature is safe again to resume motion detection or timelapse parking mode.

Energy saving 2.0

Energy saving 2.0 in parking surveillance mode records footage triggered by impacts only, allowing the Q1000 to reduce its power consumption and remain in parking mode for a longer duration.

Radar module compatible

Adding the optional radar module enables the Q1000 to detect movement and record events leading to an impact while remaining in energy saving mode 2.0, so you have video evidence of the whole incident with footage of before and after the impact.

Time lapse

Time Lapse in parking mode records footage at 2fps, enabling the dash cam to continuously record long periods of parking surveillance without increasing power consumption.

Anti-file corruption

Anti-file corruption technology with Format Free 2.0 improves the reliability of your Thinkware memory card and extends its lifespan by minimizing the risk of lost footage due to bad blocks and data corruption, thus also eliminating the need to format the card periodically.

HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding) format can compress high-resolution video files 1.7 times more efficiently than the Advanced Video Coding (AVC) format, minimizing video file size while still retaining the original video quality.
